He has struggled with depression and alcohol abuse, which at its darkest led to a suicide attempt. Nevertheless, Paal turned his life around and has now been sober for 7 years. He is passionate about helping others find strength and hope in challenging life situations.
He is a certified Master Life Coach and combines his expertise with his rich life experience to support people in their personal development.
